Date:Feb 20, 2023

On February 17, 2023, Current Research in Neurobiology published a review and opinion paper entitled A framework and resource for global collaboration in non-human primate neuroscience. The article, which included Vishal Kapoor and Henry Evrard of ICPBR (Center for Excellence in Brain Science and Intelligence Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences) in collaboration with Renée Hartig, Chris Klink, Chris Petkov and other authors, reviews ethics regulations for the use of non-human primates in research across the globe, including in the USA, Canada, Mexico, various European countries, India, China, and Australia. Sharing information and raising awareness on different ethics regulations will help shaping a more informed framework for international collaboration and for the funding of international consortia.
