The International Center for Primate Brain Research (ICPBR, co-directed by Prof. MuMing Poo & Prof. Nikos Logothetis) affiliated with the Center for Excellence in Brain Science and Intelligence Technology (CEBSIT, http://english.cebsit.cas.cn/), the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in Shanghai is looking for Head of the Electronics Workshop.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with the research teams; responsible for conducting demand analysis, circuit specification and feasibility analysis in accordance with the research teams' demands.
- In charge of analog circuit design and implementation, including planning, schematic design, PCB design, device selection, assembly, and testing. Responsible for overseeing the project's workflow, progress, and quality control, for addressing issues that arise during the project process, and for developing design documentation, test results, and manuals.
- Work closely with MRI team to address challenges associated with simultaneous electrophysiological and MRI measurements, such as maintaining and improving an existing electrophysiological recording system or developing a new system that allows proper signal recording functioning amid electrical and magnetic interference induced by strong magnetic field changes in the MRI environment.
- Responsible for managing the electronics workshop, including project management, safety management, and staff management.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher; major in electronic engineering preferable.
- 5 years or more expertise in analog circuit design.
- Proficient in analog circuit design and layout, knowledgeable with EMC processing and a wide range of electronic device applications.
- Proficient in EDA tools such as SPICE, capable of directing layout design, and with excellent troubleshooting abilities.
- Capable of defining specifications based on circuit demands, guiding, and completing circuit development and debugging.
- Experienced in circuit design and application for weak signal detection.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities in English.
- Knowledge of all applicable safety laws, regulations, codes, and technical guidelines.

- 与研究团队有效沟通与协作,根据研究团队课题需求,组织平台团队进行需求分析,完成电路的参数规格制定与可行性分析。
- 负责模拟电路的设计与实现,包括方案设计、原理图设计、PCB设计、器件选型、组装与测试等;负责对项目的流程、进度、质量进行把控,协调解决项目进程中出现的问题;负责撰写设计文档、测试报告与使用手册等。
- 与磁共振技术团队紧密合作,解决磁共振成像过程中电生理数据同步记录的相关难题,维护和改进现有的电生理记录电路,或开发新的电路使其能够在强磁场变化引起的电磁干扰环境下实现电生理信号记录。
- 负责电子加工平台的管理,包括项目管理、安全管理与成员管理等。
岗位要求
- 电子相关专业毕业,硕士以上学历。
- 5年以上模拟电路设计经验。
- 精通模拟电路的设计和布局,熟悉EMC处理,熟悉各类电子器件应用。
- 掌握SPICE等EDA工具软件,能指导版图设计,具备优秀的故障排除技能。
- 能够根据电路相关需求定义指标,指导并完成电路的开发与调试。
- 熟悉微弱信号检测的电路设计,具备相关应用经验。
- 具备优秀的英语口语和书面沟通能力。
- 了解所有相关安全法律、条例、法规和技术规则。
