On August 26, 2024, Professor Mingsha Zhang of the State Key Laboratory of Cognitive Neuroscience and Learning, IDG/McGovern Institute for Brain Research at Beijing Normal University, visited the International Center for Primate Brain Research (ICPBR) to deliver a seminar titled "Human Intralaminar and Medial Thalamic Nuclei Transiently Gate Conscious Perception Through the Thalamocortical Loop." The event took place at the Lecture Hall of the Shanghai Brain Center during the ICPBR Colloquium, hosted by Dr. Henry Evrard, the director of the Laboratory of Dynamic Embodied Brain.The talk received enthusiastic applause from the attendees, showcasing the significance and impact of Professor Zhang's research in the field of neuroscience.
