On June 3rd, 2025, Prof. Georg Northoff from the Royal's Institute of Mental Health Research in Canada visited ICPBR and delivered a compelling talk titled "The Brain’s Intrinsic Neural Timescales – What Are They Good For?" at the ICPBR Colloquium, which was hosted by Dr. Henry Evrard.
The session concluded with a lively and engaging Q&A, allowing attendees to explore the research in greater depth. The lecture was not only well-attended in person but also followed by a significant online audience, contributing to a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere.
After the presentation, ICPBR members had the chance to further engage in discussions with Prof. Northoff. We sincerely thank him for delivering such an insightful and thought-provoking presentation on this area of neuroscience.
