New Book on Nonhuman Primate Research by Jennifer Smuda and Nikos K. Logothetis

On May 13th 2026, Jennifer Smuda and Nikos K. Logothetis have published the book Nonhuman Primate Research in the Laboratory: Core Principles and Practical Considerations with Springer Nature.

The book provides a comprehensive overview of essential concepts and practical methodologies in non-human primate research, with a particular focus on macaques while highlighting principles transferable to other large research animals.
