Dun received his Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering at Zhejiang University in 2010 in China. He completed his PhD in 2017 with Bruce McNaughton at the Canadian Centre for Behavioural Neuroscience / University of Lethbridge in Canada and Vincent Bonin at the Neuro-Electronics Research Flanders in Belgium. He did his postdoc with Dora Angelaki first at Baylor College of Medicine and then at New York University from 2017-2021 in the US. He will start his own lab in June 2021 at the Institute of Neuroscience / Center for Excellence in Brain Science and Intelligence Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in Shanghai, China.
